My name is Fiona; I’m a mediator, writer and multidisciplinary designer.

The question ‘what is peace?’ has consumed my sense of purpose — there is no more important quest at this time than to cultivate peace. It has become obvious to me that there is a giant organizational and design problem in our way, which is that we haven’t yet agreed upon a shared understanding of what ‘peace’ even is.

I believe effective, creative, transformational conflict has a big chunk of the answer.
