The power of coaching lies within the creation of a conscious and loving relationship between coach and client. In this relationship, the client is able to find the safety and support needed to reevaluate their reactions, decisions and intentions to then ultimately carve out a new, more aligned path forward. The relationship itself becomes a container in which the client is able to rediscover their own inner wisdom and abundant resources. From this place we naturally cultivate the grounds for powerful personal transformation.

Workrise / Head of Design + Founding Designer

During my tenure at Workrise (formerly RigUp) I...

... Established a multidisciplinary Design Department of product designers, brand designers and researchers. I recruited, managed and coached each person, scaling the team from 1 to 15 designers.

... Worked strategically with our executive team to organize group efforts against product roadmaps, business requirements, industry needs and individual career goals while also creating new systems to support our rapid growth. 

... Designed our core marketplace and web platform, owned UX/UI efforts for our marketing web experience while contributing to a major rebrand.

While at Workrise, we grew from 30 to 600 employees and from $0 to millions in revenue. My decisiveness, ability to get to the heart of problems and love for connecting to and supporting others were all major pieces of my personal contribution to their success.
